Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026.

1. Who we are

This policy explains how NoOne Systems handles the personal data of people who visit this website, take the Dependency Index (IDD) or contact us through the contact form. NoOne Systems is a Brazilian company, so this policy follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, known as the LGPD).

2. What data we collect

Dependency Index (IDD): to see your result, you provide your name, company, work e-mail and phone. We receive these details together with your score, band, recommended module and the score for each dimension. Your answers stay on screen while you take the quiz and are not saved in your browser.

Contact form: when you send the contact form, we receive what you fill in (name, work e-mail, company, company size and your message).

Site preferences: your language, highlight color and your answer to the privacy notice are saved only in your browser (see the cookies section).

Browsing data: the platform that hosts the site records general access statistics. With your permission, measurement and advertising tools also record pages visited, visit length, traffic source, device and browser type and device identifiers. This data may be linked to you when you also take the IDD, fill in a form or write to us.

3. How we use it

To understand your IDD result and, if you ask, get in touch to talk about it.

To reply to your messages and schedule the diagnosis.

To measure how the site is used, understand where visits come from and improve the site and the IDD itself.

To measure our ads and show more relevant messages to people who already visited the site (remarketing), always with your permission.

We do not sell or rent your data.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses cookies and similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage and pixels, in three categories.

Essential: they make the site work the way you chose, such as your language (noone-locale), highlight color (noone-accent) and your choice in this notice (noone-privacy). They are always on and do not identify you.

Measurement: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. They show which pages work and how people reach the site. They only run with your permission.

Advertising: Meta Pixel and similar tools. They measure ads and let us show more relevant messages to people who already visited the site. They only run with your permission.

Google and Meta also process data and, in some cases, may send it outside Brazil (international transfer, Article 33 of the LGPD), with the safeguards the law provides.

The site's fonts are served by the site itself, with no request to third-party servers when the page opens.

You choose in the notice when you arrive and can change or withdraw your permission at any time under Privacy preferences, in the footer. Refusing is as easy as accepting and does not stop you from using the site.

5. Legal basis

We process data based on your consent (when you send a form and when you accept measurement and advertising tools) and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who reach out to us and in improving our service (Article 7, items I and IX, of the LGPD).

6. Who we share it with

IDD results and contact form messages reach NoOne's e-mail through a form delivery service (FormSubmit). The site is hosted on the Lovable platform. With your permission, Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel) receive browsing data.

These providers process data only to deliver their service. Beyond that, we only share data when the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as it is useful for the purposes above or while we have a relationship with you. After that, we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. Your rights

You can ask at any time for: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization or deletion, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of your consent (Article 18 of the LGPD).

Just send your request through our contact form or change your choices under Privacy preferences, in the footer. We reply as soon as possible. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

9. Security

We use a secure connection (HTTPS) and limit access to data to the people who need it to serve you. No system is completely immune to failures; if something happens, we will notify the people affected and the relevant authority, as the law requires.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or our services change. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of the page.

11. Third-party trademarks

The AI model logos shown on the site (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Google Gemini, Grok, Meta Llama, Mistral AI, DeepSeek and Qwen) belong to their owners and appear only to indicate technologies we work with. NoOne Systems is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these companies.

Questions or requests about your data: contact NoOne through our contact form.
